In the control room, Mokuba told the employees to stop the ship from shaking. Seto then ran in and demanded to know what was going on. Mokuba explained that they had lost full control of the ship. On top of the blimp, Yami Marik sensed that something had gone wrong. Amused, he thought to himself that this may help him. Back in the control room, the gang had rushed in. Yugi asked what the tower in the distance was. Mokuba explained that the tower was Alcatraz Tower, the place of the finals. Seto had overthrown their stepfather there and had built the tower to show a new era of KaibaCorp. Seto then told Mokuba to be quiet, since he wanted to keep his family issues to himself.
On of Seto's men then told Seto that someone had hacked into the blimp. The blimp was no longed in their control. A huge sub then emerged out of the water. The machine was too small to be a sub, but a giant underwater station. The screen then showed a picture of a boy with green hair. The boy told Seto that it was nice to see him again. The boy then introduced himself as Noa. The blimp finally stopped in the middle of the station. Noa told everyone to get out, but Seto told everyone to stay in. Guns suddenly started firing at the blimp. Seto got out, but Noa wanted everyone out, so the guns started firing again till the gang and Mokuba were out too. Noa told the KaibaCorp employees to stay behind. Yami Marik saw all this and found it very amusing.
Noa told Seto that there were some people who wanted to see him again. The whole group then walked inot a huge chamber. The lights then suddenly turned on. Seto the reconized the people in front of him as the Big Five. Yugi explained that the Big Five had tried to take over KaibaCorp, but had failed after Yugi and Seto destroyed their Mythic Dragon. Seto had then trapped all five of them inside the virtual world.
The Big Five explained that they wanted their revenge, not only on Seto, but on Yugi as well since Yugi had formulated the plan that caused them to lose. They had then met Noa and they made an agreement with him. They would beat Seto and the others and retake KaibaCorp. Everyone was then transported to the virtual world. They then saw a huge dinosaur. Seto just stayed still while the others backed up. The dinosaur then attacked Seto, but its claw when right through Seto. Tea then touched a flower and realised that he hand when right through it. She then looked up and saw Seto.
She then realised that there were two Seto's, one standing with the group and the other wearing the Domino High School uniform. A voice then annouced that they would duel by the Deck Master rules. A Total Defence Shogun then appeared. The virtual Seto and it walked onto opposite sides of the area, both with Duel Disks. Everyone turned to watch.
The voice announced that Seto's deck master would be the Blue-Eyes White Dragon, while the Total Defence Shogun would act as its own deck master. Seto then summoned Lord of Dragons(1200/1100) and activated the Flute of Summoning Dragons. Two Blue-Eyes then appeared on the field. Seto then moved his deck master onto the field. He then activated Polymerization to fuse the monsters to create the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon(4500/3800). Blue-Eyes Ultimate the attacked Total Defence Shogun directly, but Total Defence Shogun activated it special effect, sacraficing 1000 life points to reflect an attack. Blue-Eyes Ultimate was then destroyed. Seto then disappeared.
The virtual world then faded. The Big Five explained that if the deck master was destroyed, the duellist would lose. Joey accepted the challenge, telling them that he would protect Serenity. Everyone else also agreed. Tea asked what would happen if they lost. The Big Five told her that they would take her body, while they stayed in the virtual world for eternity. They then laughed.
