| As Yami and Tea walked into the museum, Yami knew that he was ready to learn about his past. As they walked around the museum, Yami was attracted by a door leading to the basement. The two of them decided to investigate and they walked down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairways, they found a room with stone tablets. They looked onto them and saw a picture of Yami. Tea was confused, but Yami realised that he was an Egyptian pharoh. Ishizu then entered the room and told them that she knew that they were coming, thnaks to here Millenium Necklace. Ishizu told Yami that if he wanted to remember his past, he would have to collect all seven Millenium Items. Ishizu then warned him that someone else was after the items too, so he would have a new adversary. Ishizu then told Yami that when he went home, he would find an invitation to a new duel monsters' tournament, where he would learn more. Yami was then distracted by the picture of Seto on the tablet. Meanwhile at KaibaCorp, Seto was preparing to run the final tests on his new Duel Disk system. Seto was proud of his new invention. Not only were the duel disks better than the old ones, but KaibaCorp could track them and watch all duels. As the computer got ready, the Duel Computer lowered and set its level to maximum. Seto place his deck into the duel disk. The hologram projectors shot out and both duellists wer given 4000 life points. Seto and the Duel Computer drew their opening hands. The Duel Computer set a monster and ended its turn. Seto set a card and summoned Battle Ox. Battle Ox atatcked the face down monster. The face down monster was Cyber Jar, so Battle Ox was destroyed too. Both Seto and the Duel Computer drew five cards. The Duel Computer set two monsters, while Seto summoned five monsters. The Duel Computer then sacraficed the two face down monsters and summoned the Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Seto was impressed that the Duel Computer had learned the new rules quickly. The Duel Computer didn't attack because it was afraid of Seto's face down card. Seto sacraficed the Hitotsu-Me Giant to summon Dragon Seeker. Seto hoped to use it to destroy the Blue-Eyes. The Duel Computer summoned Lord of Dragons to cancel out Dragon Seeker's effect. Seto then switched all his monsters to defence mode. Mokuba began to worry if his brother could possibly beat his old deck. The Duel Computer then played the Flute of Summoning Dragon to summon the two other Blue-Eyes. It then activated Polymerization and fused them to summoned Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. Mokuba realised that his brother would get hurt if the dragon attacked. Luckily a fused monster could not attack the turn it was summoned, so it was Seto's turn. Seto realised what Yugi must have felt, but he was determined to beat his ultimate dragon. Seto then trusted in the heart of the cards and drew Obelisk the Tormentor. Seto sacraficed three of his monsters and summoned the god card. Mokuba was shocked at the size of it. Seto then sacraficed two other monsters to power up Obelisk. Obelisk then attack and destroyed Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, winning the duel. The Duel Computer blew up. Seto was determined to win the other two god cards now. Later that day, Yami and Tea arrived at the town square to find many duellists already there. Mai then arrived and greeted the two friends. Yami asked Mai why everyone was here. Mai explained that a new tournament was starting. Yami looked around and saw many familiar duellists, including Rex Raptor, Weevil, and Mako Tsunami. Mai showed Espa Roba to Yami too. Suddenly all the huge tv screens around them lit up, showing Seto's face. Seto explained that in a week's time a new tournament would begin. Each duellist would have to egt a duel disk to qualify. Seto then told everyone that each duel they would have to bet their rarest cards, so the winner of each duel would get their opponent's rarest card. Yami and Mai both realised that this tournament would be bigger than even Duellist Kingdom. A Seto announced that this city would become Battle City, a robed figure was watching from elsewhere. Marik realised that the best duellists would be in this city and that it was time to take their rare cards. |
