Meanwhile, the real Kaiba had broken into Pegasus's system and was watching Yugi's duel with the Evil Kaiba. He was shocked to find out that Yugi's opponent was listed as Seto Kaiba. Seto the began to upload a virus to help Yugi. Yugi summoned Feral Imp in defnce mode. Suddenly the Blue-Eyes started to lose attack points. The real Seto Kaiba had put a virus into the system. Suddenly the Blue-Eyes disappeared and was sent to the graveyard. Yugi forced the fake Kaiba to reveal himself. Evil Kaiba did and told Yugi that he was the dark part of Seto that Yugi had banished to the shadow realm after Yugi summoned Exodia.
Meanwhile Pegasus had realized the Seto was alive and he blocked Seto out of his system. Pegasus then sent a team of guards to capture Seto. Pegasus's guards enter Seto's secret lab only to find him gone.
Meanwhile Evil Kaiba played Mystic Horseman in defence mode and set a card. Yugi summoned Mystcial Elf in defence mode and used the Book of Secret Arts on it. Yugi then set a card. Kaiba summoned his third and final Blue-Eyes. He attacked with it, but Yugi activated Mirror Force. Kaiba activated Negate Attack, so his Blue-Eyes wouldn't be destroyed. Yugi then activated Monster Reborn to reborn the first Blue-Eyes White Dragon. He then used the Mystical Elf's special power to transfer its attack to he Blue-Eyes. Then Yugi ordered his Blue-Eyes to destroy Kaiba's Blue-Eyes. Kaiba lost his dragon and the rest of his life points. Then Yugi banished Evil Kaiba back to the shadow realm again. Yugi then knew that Pegasus was watching him. Yugi warned Pegasus that he would win when they duelled. Pegasus laughed at Yugi. Yugi then noticed that Kemo had taken Mokuba. he told his friends that they would save Mokuba once they had enough starchips.
