Krisan Adult Family Home is located in beautiful University Place and is licensed by the State of Washington. Our staff provides 24-hour care and personal assistance for seniors in a loving homelike atmosphere. We are dedicated to make sure your loved ones will be well taken care of. Krisan is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. There is a large deck overlooking a lush fenced back yard.
Our staff prepares daily home cooked meals, healthy snacks, and can accommodate special diets. We also provide daily laundry, housekeeping, and assistance with activities of daily living. There are also daily social and recreational activities planned that the residents are encouraged to join in, such as bingo, gardening, crafts, movies, and plenty of other fun activities that our residents are sure to enjoy.
We also offer daily visits from a medical professional to ensure that your loved ones are provided with the best care possible.
Our Staff:
*Kristie Mattern: Owner & Operator. Certified Physician Assistant and has worked in the medical profession for 13 years. Kristie has been trained in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and has worked in heart surgery for a number of years. Her health care ranges from taking care of patients in the intensive care unit to outpatient visits. She will be in constant contact with the care providers at this Adult Family Home. Kristie will also be visiting the home on approximately a daily basis.
* Jennifer Gaking: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will be on staff approximately 8 hours a day, excluding some weekends. Jennifer is also the Resident Manager and lives in the lower level of the facility. Jennifer has worked in the health care field for approximately 10 years.
*Paige Devine: Caregiver. Paige is First Aid & CPR certified and will be providing care in the evenings
