| batman while untying robin from torture device- robin are you all right? robin - just a little sore batman, that`s all. batman - well, one of aunt harriet`s good, nourishing meals will set everything right. robin - i sure worked up an appetite. batman and robin make one of the cutest couples of all time. to understand the bat all you need to understand is that batman is a control freak. he wasn`t able to stop the murder of his parents and he then spends his whole life trying to make up for that. trying to control everyone else. the joker is the exact opposite. he creates chaos, delights in it. he doesn`t care about the rules and laws that govern batmans life. hence the animosity. the death of robin`s parents was another incident in which batman loses control. i will be linking batman and nightwing slash later, but for now, i`ll be focusing on stories dealing with batman and robin slash. VHS DVD Chapters.ca Chapters.ca Amazon.com Amazon.com Warner Warner batman returns i enjoyed this movie mostly due to the presence of catwoman, you might have noticed i support the idea of batman and robin together, but as a very young child I toyed with the posibility of batman and catwoman getting together (i like julie newmar, what can i say?) so the thought of catwoman in a movie was pretty much my driving force for watching this movie. still keaton, still burton, pfeiffer not bad, i especially enjoyed the max schrek joke.
