The Balkan's mountain range (Stara Planina) is also called "Old Mountain" because it is one of the oldest one in the region. It is also called the "spine" of Bulagria because it starts from the very North-West point of the coutry and goes all the way to the other way in the middle East part of the country. It divides the country to two big parts- North and South Bulgaria. It is very good natural barrier for the cold winds coming from the North.
      There tons of nice places there, and a lot of cabins where you could go and spend the night for a very low cost, but the views are really delightful!!!!
