Tournament Rules:
This will be a TR100 tournament with 3 rounds of swiss pairings. The base rules will be LRB 4.0 with the below exceptions:
Star Players will be allowed at their one off price (the more expensive of the two).
No wizards will be allowed. However, Halfling teams do get the Master Chef, as he is their head coach, and can buy additional rolls for 80k.
Dirty player is +1 or +1.
No timers will be used unless the tournament organizer feels your game will not finish in time. However, announcements will be made when there is 1 hour, 30 minutes, and 15 minutes remaining in each round. Also, Illegal Procedure will NOT be enforced unless both coaches agree to it before the start of their game.
Injuries and deaths only apply to the game in which they occured. Teams will "reset" injuries/deaths at the beginning of each round.
Skills Progression: Players do not collect Star Player points, however, coaches are allowed to give a skill to a player of their choice before each round according to the following limitations: Before Round One - You may give one player a skill they would normally get with a regular skill roll. Before Round Two - You may give one player a skill they would normally be able to get with a doubles roll (coaches anticipating choosing a mutation are encouraged to have a model that clearly shows the mutation). Before Round Three - You may give one player a skill they could normally get on a regular skill roll. These skills are kept for the entire tournament, so a team will have a total of 3 skills at the kickoff for game 3. No player may gain more then one skill throughout the Tournament.
