The Bridge: An Obsession

Page Two| Page Three|Page Four|Page Five

Everyone has an obsession. For me that obsession is an old railway bridge spanning the Kettle River near my home. Although it has not been used by trains for the past fifteen years or more, it is in daily use by pedestrians and, during the summer, is a gathering place for local youngsters who like to "hang out" and watch a few of their more interpid (or stupid) peers jump from the high girders or the deck into a deep pool far below in the river.

All these pictures were taken with a Canon FTb, a Rolleiflex 3.5E or a Sony DSC F717.
