| Love. How simple, yet complicated is love? Many if not all of us, wish to find true love. But what does true love consist of? Is it endless nights holding one another? Or maybe its with someone whom holds the qualities as a best friend. My idea of love is to share a life with someone in which makes my life feel complete. I am a hopeless romantic. I long for peaceful walks by moonlight, candle-lit dinners under the stars, or floating down a quiet creek taking in nature and all of my surroundings. I envision sitting on a rug in front of a fire while having someone read poery to me, or sitting on a porch in rocking chairs watching the rain fall. True love to me exists between two people who can sit beside each other without saying a word and still walk away feeling like it was the best conversation they ever had. It exists when you look your worse and the other can still honestly tell you that you are beautiful. You have found true love when you consider that person both your best friend and your lover, without either quality meaning more to you then the other. Love is someone who can take away all your pain with a single smile, and take away all your fears with a single touch. The one you love should be your dream. People these days rarely find true love We fill our lives with busy days. We do not take the time to stop and look at the world around us. We have become to dependent and obsessed with money that we spend most of our time working instead of with our families. We have forgotten what love is and its worth. So I say to you all: Do not give up on life and all it has to offer. When you find that special someone, hold on to whoever it is and never let go. The world is a much better place when there is love in your life. Love definitely conquers all and it completes us. |
