Brisket

5 lb or more brisket

Mix in a small bowl:
1/3 C liquid smoke (mesquite or hickory)
1/3 C soy sauce
1/3 C Worcestershire sauce

Pour over brisket in foil and wrap trimmed brisket in heavy foil. NO SALT!!

Bake at 200 � 225 degrees for 8-10 hours.

Simply delicious.

Lasagna

Lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef browned
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce with meat
Ricotta cheese
4 C of mozzarella cheese
� medium onion
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a large pan, boil the lasagna noodles, being careful not to break.

While the noodles are boiling, combine the beef, spaghetti sauce, onion, garlic, oregano, and Italian seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon a small amount of the sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch pan. Next line the pan with noodles. Top with sauce and then ricotta cheese, and finally the mozzarella. Repeat until all of the sauce and cheese is used. That should be 3 or 4 layers.

Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
