Jake’s Surprise

18 oz. Frozen bread rolls
1 3 oz pkg. Butterscotch pudding (regular)
1 C chopped pecans
Cinnamon
1 stick butter
¾ C brown sugar

Butter bundt pan; arrange balls in pan, still frozen. Sprinkle with cinnamon, pecans, and pudding. In saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar. Pour over rolls. Let stand overnight, uncovered.

In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 23 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.

Then turn upside down on plate.
Best served warm.

Cherry Cheesecake

Keebler graham cracker crust
1 can cherry pie filling
1/3 C lemon juice
1 tsp. Vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Beat cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth.
Add vanilla and lemon juice. Continue to beat until smooth
Pour into pie crust and top with cherry pie filling.

Cover with the plastic top that comes with the crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
