| You look in my eyes And all you see is yourself Reflecting in a mirror Reflecting anyone who wants to see in The mirror wall was put up To keep the hurt out But that didn�t work Now it�s to keep the hurt from showing It was never hard to keep the mirror from shattering But inside my thoughts are throwing stones And little by little the mirror is falling down Now I need sunglasses to prevent you from seeing through Now I need that preventive shield all the time I need to build up that mirror again So that you won�t catch me off guard And you will see that all I am is static and snow |
