In early 2002, I sold my last residential development, Ellis Homestead and closed my development company, although development and construction are still my primary career objective. I believe I have an intuitive flair for design, coordination and problem solving and am driven by challenges and successful results.
Compensation:
I would give serious consideration to a position that I find challenging and offers a base of $65,000 annually combined with advancement potential and/or additional compensation based on performance. I recognize the value of benefits in this equation. I am open to relocation at my expense.
