| Kren went into labor at 12:30 a.m. when her water brokew ith an audible pop. She used one of the two phone lines to phone Seamus from downstairs (he was upstairs sleeping), since the first contraction already was making it impossible to move. He woke up from a sound sleep, answered the phone, and told Kren to hang on, somebody was on the other line....Doh! Long story short, we raced the hour-and-a-half along I-80 to the hospital and arrived at 2 a.m. A couple of hours of real freakin' pain, a timely epidural, and Seneca was born. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
