Go to any god or any godman or  approach a lump of clay, with love, affection and   devotion, your prayer will be answered. Billions upon billions of people including religion founders, scientists, kings and prime ministers from the time of creation, todate gave testimonies to that effect. Mind you, no one else but Almighty God grants them, so long as it is done with love, affection and devotion.

Catholics go to Jesus Christ, Virgin Mary, St, Anthony, St. Jude etc. etc.to find solutions to nagging problems. Some even ask favors from mother Theresa. Christians prefer to seek the help of Only Jesus Christ or in the name of him, supplicate to Almighty God.

 That apart some go to Visnu, some go to shiva, some go to Ganesha and the list is very long They are: Muruha, Luxmi, Durga etc. etc.

A Dalith writer Kancha Ilaiah in His book titled "Why I am not a Hindu" says they never was allowed to worship Hindu gods and hence they had their own gods namely: "Pochamma, Polimeramma, Kattamaisamma, Kattamaraju and Potaraju" and each of whom had their own responsibility .

Even Mahayanic Buddhists pray  to Amithaba who was the last Buddha supposedly living in heaven. They also pray to Bodhisattvas who strive birth after birth to become a Buddha. Avalokeshwara Buddha, Bhaisajja Guru and and Maitree Buddha are among them. Mahayanic Buddhists are found in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, China Vietnam etc and they are economically better off than their Theravadin counterparts who do not do any kind of prayer. However Mahayanic Buddhists in Vietnam are poor because they come from  a communist country and economically to take off with that kind of philosophy was difficult.      

By praying to them, they get their prayers answered, Some Buddhists in Ladak attribute godly power to even stoves, mountains and rivers.

Then, there are Roman gods Greek gods like Apollo and so on. Then in Japan also people ask favors from there own gods. In Sri Lanka most of the Buddhist temple now have all kinds of subsidiary gods and people come more to seek favors from them than worshiping Buddha. Here the Buddhist monks does the work of Pujaris for Vishnu and help those who seek his favor. Most of the Buddhist temples have Vishnu statues and Buddhist monks do puja to these gods on behalf of the devotees, In Africa, there also have all kinds of gods apart from Christian divinity. More than all humans have also taken the form of gods and are treated calling them Avatars.

Takes the case of Sai Baba. There are Buddhist monks who do Pujas to Sai Baba and Buddhsit monks do the same to Muruha (Lord Kataragama). Sai Baba has thousands of devotees in India as well as most of the countries in the world but not in Muslim countries or in Israel. Because of him a large number of devotees come to Putapathy where there is an International air port to facilitate his devotees  to go to His Ashram which is located there. Now I do not add any more to the list which is too long and that my reader may lose his interest in reading them,

St. Anthony is more powerful than Jesus Christ and they mostly go to him. Some people like little girl children like to visit Virgin Mary and they find, she can attend to their needs even better than Jesus Christ. Some only appeal to Jesus Christ. Muslims, for their requests, appeal only to Allah who most of the time grants them. About 60, 000 devotees per day attend Tirupati Balaji shrine in Andra Pradesh and their requests are granted. How does this happened, Who is the true god attending to the needs of the people.

Prayers are answered from the time of creation. There is absolutely no doubt about it, We assume that everybody of the list cannot be the right person holding the divine power and clout to grant the requested favors.

On this I may quote Bible (Mathew 14: 25-): " Now on the fourth watch of the night, Jesus went to them walking on the sea. When disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled saying: "It is a Ghost". And they cried out for fear, but immediately Jesus spoke to them saying "Be of good cheer. It is I, do not be afraid" and Peter answered him and said: "Lord if it is you, command me to come to you on the water." So he said "Come". And when Peter had come down out of boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus But when he saw that the water was boisterous, he was afraid and beginning to sink. And he cried out: "Lord save me." And immediately Jesus stretched out his hand and caught him and said to him, ‘O you of little faith, why did you doubt?"

Now there is Shrine for India’s famous actor Amitha Bachchan in Kolkatta. People pray here with confidence and trust, considering of him having godly power and their prayers are granted. Amitha Bachchan does not know what requests, his devotees made to him at his shrine in Kokatta but the requests are granted. It all depends on the degree of trust and confidence. But normal human being cannot trust in Almighty God more than 30 to 40 per cent, the maximum. A sage or enlightenment person, who achieved God-realization can have hundred per cent trust.

The Tirupati Balaji shrine is attended by about 60,000 devotees daily spending lot of money, coming from all corners of India. So especially the Hindus, who attend Balaji Shrine at Tirupati with confidence and trust, would have their favors granted without doubt. Of course at Tirupati, some businessmen promise in their vow to return half of what they earn through Balaji’s grace. Often they get the promised income of which half is given to Tirupati Balaji. Thirupathy collection for day may be over crores. Even by selling hair of the devotee women who have shaven their heads as per the vows taken, amounts to some 260 millions of rupees annually. At Lourde’s Church, Franee Catholics pray to Virgin Mary for favors. They do that with absolute confidence and trust and therefore, they get whatever they wanted. But you need not go that far, in your village shrine itself, if you pray with confidence, trust plus necessary devotion your prayer would be answered. It all depends on your trust and confidence especially if you are a good person breaking less laws of nature, and doing good things as was enumerated in preceding paragraphs.

Every Muslim who pray to Almighty Allah may not have his prayer answered because prayer may not have been reasonable, otherwise it may not have been accompanied with right percentage of trust and confidence. Muslim to build love & devotion to formless God is bit more difficult because God is without attributes.

In the case of Sai baba likelihood of devotee getting his prayer answered may be very much more because the devotee may have not only the deep trust and confidence but also he has love and devotion for him. But definitely Sai baba does not know a thing of these prayers.

I must tell you every shrine is equally powerful depending on ones trust and confidence, devotion and love. With confidence and trust, if you lovingly treat a stone or a lump of clay,considering it to be having godly power,  and pray on something wanted, the  request will be granted,

billions upon billions of testimonies are given by the people inclusive of all religious leaders, prophets, sages and saints, all the top scientists and intellectuals in the world, by praying, received direct benefit support and guidance from the time of creation.

Now the question comes who grants this favors for which Gita (9:23) gives thus the right answer quoting formless Almighty God : " Even those devotees who resort to the worship of other gods with faith and devotion are worshiping me alone though indirectly

Gita (9:24) says: I am the receiver of all forms of worship and sacrifice and I am the lord who rewards the worshippers, But not realizing the truth about me, they fall off from me,"

Gita (9: 25): "Those who worship gods will attain the state of gods, They who worship pitris go to them while those who resort to my devotion will come to me" That means those who prays to Amitha Bachchan may become an actor like Amith Bachchan in the next birth and nothing more.

Gita 7.23 says: "Thus small minded devotees will achieve only perishable results. My devotee will come to me and attain my supreme state." The Gita interpretation adds: "Those who worship minor gods can get help for growth in day to day life but they can never get enlightenment or God-realization and reach the Supreme.

Gita (9:26) says: "Whatever a devotee offers with love and faith and a pure mind, I shall gladly accept, whether it be a leaf, a flower, fruit or only water."

Gita 7:29 says; "Those who seek emancipation from old age and mortality strive hard to attain their goal, taking refuge in me will gain and reach enlightenment

Gita 9:22 says: "I bear the responsibility for the worldly welfare and well-being of those who constantly maintain and unbroken connection with me by ceaseless contemplation of me.

So it is the the Almighty Formless God who answers all the prayers. Now do not make a mistake of it.  This Almighty Formless God does not belonged to any religion. Every god cannot be the right god though they get the credit of granting the prayers because Almighty Formless God attend to the needs of the devotees. Almighty God does not care who is worshiped but so long as the devotee does so with love and devotion, He grants those requests.

Only persons who do not do any kind of pray are Theravdic Buddhists and hence they continue to mire in problems. They are basically found in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Burma, Cambodia and India too.
