All Buddhists should pray

Mahayanic Buddhists in Japan Korea, Taiwan, Tibet, China do pray to Amthaba whom  they believe to be the last Buddha who passed away 2550 years ago in Kusinara, India. Those Buddhists are comparatively richer and well to do than their Theravadin counterparts in Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Burma, India and Thailand.

Buddha said Dammo Have Rakhkathi Dhamachari. Whoever supports Nature is protected by Nature. It  could also be interpreted as whoever supports the doctrine and the doctrine protects him. Patichcha Samuppada and all Buddha's teaching attributes to Nature.

Even Karma and rebirth is enforced by the Almighty Nature. If somebody commits a mistake, he would be punished by Almighty Nature who is Nothing other than Almighty God.

Over 80 per cent of he Buddhists in Sri Lanka resort to settle their personal problems visiting deity of Kataragama  deity of Munneshwaram  and Durga, Ganesha and various gods  at various places. In Ladak Buddhists pray to various gods like those occupying mountains, stoves etc. etc.

The Buddhism accepts subsidiary gods and for that there is no dispute. If there are subsidiary gods, there is a strong case for the Almighty God who exercises authority and clout over them.

Buddhism now has two divisions namely; Mahayana and Theravda. Both divisions do not accept Almighty God but some minor sects in Mahayanic Buddhism accept Almighty God.

However, there are highly refined top Buddhists belonged to both divisions roughly forming one percent of the total Buddhist population, who through their own subjective experience have come to conclusion about the existence of Almighty God but they do not want to talk about it publicly due to religious, cultural and social obligations. Other reason being that they have not gone well into the subject matter to bring in overwhelming evidence to prove the belief in addition to having subjective verification.

One such person is Anagarika Dharmapala, the foremost Buddhist missionary of Sri Lanka, who believed in the existence of Almighty God of whom he said the following: "Lord Almighty, Thine is the power and the glory to you I bow."

The "Return to Righteousness", a collection of speeches and essays and letters of Anagarika Dhamapala – edited by Doctor Ananda P.Guruge, printed by the government press on September 17, 1971 – carried the letter of Anagarika Dharmapala which contained the quoted paragraph. The letter dated 14th August 1917 was sent from 44, College Square, Culcutta requesting Sri Lanka government to revoke its order of internment and release him from confinement in Culcutta. The full paragraph is given hereunder:

"Be pleased to liberate me from prison and kindly allow me to spend remaining part of my life visiting holy shrines at. Kusinara, Rajagriha. Buddhagaya, Benares, Nalanda Ajantha. Sanchi. Ellora, Taxila Bhilsa, all these places are under the

Archeological Department of India. Lord Almighty, thine is the power and the glory and to you I bow and this shall be my last letter to liberate this filthy breaking body of mine. (Page 723 para 3)

Instead of worshiping various subsidiary gods,  you may also present your personal problem to Almighty God who would settle your problem. One thing nobody knows that you visited his shrine

"Om Namo Bhagavatho Arahatho Samma Sammuddassa" means to worship OM who is no other than Almighty God.

Tibetan Buddhist monks  meditate on OM and the Famous Lobsang Rampa (Tibetan Lama) who wrote  says in his "Third Eye" that when the Tibetan monks meditate on OM during winter sitting  on the snow, the snow underneath melt.  They also say Om Namo Amithaba, Om Namo Avalokeshwara.

Even the Present Dali Lama whom present Tibetan Buddhists venerate also accepts Almighty God ( Click: Scientific Proof of Almighty God on the index page: http://www.geocities.com/kreethkala  )

Hence there is no point in not praying. Pray to Almighty God than praying to some subsidiary gods like Theravdin Buddhists in Sri Lanka praying to God Kataragama and so on.

Billions upon billions of testimonies were given by the people inclusive of all religious leaders, prophets, sages and saints, all the top scientists and intellectuals in the world, who by praying to Almighty God, received direct benefit support and guidance from the time of creation.

Do not lose hope Visit: Almighty God
