You may like to know little about myself before learning bliss meditation from me who runs this website and its All Relgion Alter being its rabbi.
By way of self-introduction, I may add that in 1975 I underwent training to teach Transcendental Meditation under David Weiner a senior disciple of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi who came to Sri Lanka and made us teachers. Also I leant TM Sidhis and I taught TM to over 10,000 persons in Sri Lanka including a large number of students and also to inmates in Sri Lanka prisons, for we taught in group classes. Well over 75 percent of my interest for a very long period of my life was focused on spiritual growth leading a celibate life, strictly sticking to vegetarian food. During the last five 05 year period of my stay in India, I led an ambition free life.
Now to teach you Bliss Meditation, first of all I must give you the initial knowledge and spiritualize you to some degree, producing necessary background in you to learn the Bliss Meditation
Generally speaking, knowledge does not produce any practicality. Doctors addicted to smoking and drinking do not get over the addiction just because they have very good knowledge of what damage such habits could produce in their psychology, physiology etc. But there are enough doctors who nipped that in the bud after getting the knowledge.
According to psychology, people throughout the world use only 5 to 10 per cent of one's mental potential. Use of the rest is hindered by stresses and strains. After reaching about 40 years of age, sicknesses begins take over the majority of the people for whom doctors are the greatest on earth. High blood pressure, bronchial asthma, anxiety, anxiety neurosis are few Psycho-somatic illnesses they suffer from which are caused by stresses which indirectly aggravates all other sicknesses. Even the doctors who attend to them do not know how to free themselves from illness. That apart, the sociology of those educated are not upto the mark, some involving in anti-social behaviour. For that too stresses are the root cause.
Here we give the necessary knowledge plus a
practical technique whereby stresses are eliminated unfolding the full mental
potential. That apart, drastically improving health and sociology
In short, you would be implanted with joyful moods, superb health and very high consciousness with the continued practice of Bliss Meditation.

As any psychologist would tell you this requires eliminations of stresses and strains from the physical system. Stresses are kind of physiological and psychological abnormalities overloaded into the system through experiences inclusive of hazards that one faces in day to day life. They impede the proper functioning of the body and mind.
Even
a traffic policemen could collect stresses to such an extent that he may develop
high blood pressure within months. All kinds of
psycho-somatic illnesses like asthma, anxiety,
anxiety neurosis are directly caused by stresses which also contribute
indirectly to aggravate all
other illnesses.
There are also hereditary stresses that would be transferred at the time of birth from your parents or otherwise. This is the major reason for the state of your present psychology and consciousness which has to be uplifted if you are to grow into a high stature.
For that
you are about to start a process that would eliminate the stresses and elevate
the conscious capacity of the mind. Psychologists and psychiatrists could
definitely confirm and update on the matter.
Stresses can easily be eliminated by reducing metabolic rate or rather rate consumption of energy in the body. During sleep especially during deep sleep, metabolic rate drops and body gains a rest. This rest is very vital for activity and growth. Every animal , every tree and plant rest at night. Even an iron undergoes some kind of relaxation-like process. It is this deep relaxation that we experience in the night that normalize our self by throwing out stresses. But the sleep cannot make us hundred per cent normalized. So there would always be some stresses remaining in the form of abnormalities and stresses in the body being accumulated over a period of time, so much so that we continue to grow unhappy and unhappy, unhealthy and unhealthy. Our happy moods are after a period of time, are no longer there.
When we are children we were very happy
and that is replaced by unhappiness, bloated ego and massive pride.
With age, happy moods to a great extent vanishes from greater majority of
people and I, like to put it at a very rough average of 96 per cent. That
is why Jesus said “Be you like children” if wanted to enter the
kingdom of heaven.
To be rid of these stresses, you may learn Bliss Meditation, which during meditation, lower your metal activity and gradually reduced, along with that your physical activity is also reduced resulting in cardiac output, metabolic rate (rate of consuption of energy) would drop resulting in body gaining a much deeper rest than deep sleep which would very quickly dissolve your stresses. This would grants you heightened state of consciousness and very good state of health. Your sociology would also become better, in short holistic personality development would take place.
This is a part of the introductory lecture but you must visit All Religion Alter for that you may first visit: Index page and pray. This is done to spiritualize you. After that there would be preparatory lecture to prepare yourself to learn the practice. At that stage we would delve deep into the mechanics of meditation before actually learning the practice.
Then on third day you would actually learn the practice and it would be followed by three days of checking sessions amounting to one hour each. During this period, your progress with the practice would be evaluated and if you have gone wrong, the rabbi would correct you. After that three days, you would become self sufficient in the practice.
