Landscapes are my specialty. I particularly enjoy the challenge of capturing a good sunset. (This is a mediocre sunset, but the silhouette stands out nicely).

Most of the photographs on my home page are self-portraits taken with the aid of my trusty tripod and a time-release shutter. I tend to use wide angle lenses, and my camera of choice is a Nikon Fe2. It is an older camera (from the 1970s) which features manual focus and manual exposure - the two most important ingredients needed to take control of your photography. Keep your fancy high tech electronic cameras. This old tank does me just fine. Don't you agree?
