Update 12/2002: WARNING! Major Vent Coming! Sorry for the "all-CAPS" above...but people weren't reading it when it was in regular text. People are STILL sending me their sites!! They don't seem to understand when I say, "Please don't submit your site to me. I'm not answering e-mails applying for awards at this time." Even with the notice on my main page that they have to SCROLL PAST in order to get to the link for this page!!!
Okay...I guess this upsets me a little. Some people won't even take the time to read a short update from me explaining why I'm not answering e-mails right now...but they expect that I'll give them an award. This leads me to believe that they're only coming to my site in the first place to get an award. Otherwise they'd be willing to spend 10 seconds to READ the paragraph on my main page that begins with:
Please notice that I said SOME...not ALL. I'm very greatful for those of you that have signed my guestbook with good wishes and hopes that I'll continue with this site in the future. It is for visitors like you that I decided to leave this site as is for the time being and I send my sincere thanks to those of you that have read my updates and respected them!

Everyone needs a little encouragement and praise. That's why I decided to make a few awards to give out to people who's websites show creativity and most of all...lots of hard work. Of course there are a few "rules" before your site can be considered for an award:
1) No violence, hate, pornography, racist, nudity or drug related sites will be considered....nor will sites that contain links to these kind of sites.
2) Your site must be well maintained. Sites with numerous broken links or images will not be considered.
3) Your site must load quickly and be easy to navigate.
4) F-Key and "All Links" pages WILL be considered if they are well organized and easy to navigate.
5) You must be willing to transload or download the award to your server. Linking is not allowed on my server and could cause my site to be deleted.
6) You must link the award back to my site.
7) Signing my Guest-book isn't *required*...but would be much appreciated!!! ;)
