Our experience with Kerry of KR building couldn't have been more positive.  Kerry has a great calm personality which is ideal for first time home builders.  He has great attention to detail and a true love of quality workmanship which is evident in every facet of our home.

However, one of his skills that we most value was his ability to manage the project in a timely manner.  I would jokingly tell friends that Kerry was my boss!  He kept me on schedule as well as his sub-contractors.  

Kerry promised us we would be finished in nine months - and we were!

I am constantly asked if I would ever do this again, I always answer the same way: Yes, but only if KR Building is my general contractor.
