The reports consisted of ensuring the victim and/or suspect information was accurate, reviewing and correcting grammatical errors in the narrative, reviewing all photos taken (if necessary for the incident) to ensure the insurance company had quality images to complete claim’s.Trained new hires. I also developed new training procedures and paperwork in order to improve the training process. As a result, new hires were trained more effectively and efficiently. Delegated Security Officer’s assignments for the day as well as for any important events. Responsible for scheduling and payroll. Worked primarily in an office environment.
Hawthorn Mall I currently work in the Grooming Salon of Petsmart while I finish my studies. My job entails scheduling clients, grooming dogs and assisting our clients in having the best grooming experience.

*I am hoping to get a job in the corporate world, managing a department of some sort. I have great leadership skills, so directing a project is perfect for my skill set. I am not sure yet what field I would work in but the more business classes I take, the better I will understand which I will be best suited for.
*My short term goals are to get my bachelors degree and then start my career. My long term goals are to save up enough money to purchase a house and move possibly to Washington to be closer to my sister.
*My personal interests/hobbies include, hiking, kayaking, going to the movies, reading and walking my dog.
