you came here to be nosey huh? Well, then I guess I should let you know a lil about me or something :) Please, read below :)
Hey Lisa here!
Guess you wanna know a lil more about me, huh? Well, I'm 26 years old and living in Jamestown, New York. I just moved here from Erie, Pennsylvania where I've lived off and on for several years. I went to college at Edinboro University. Thank goodness I didn't grow up there, I would have gone insane with all these college type people roaming the streets :) Not that I grew up in the greatest of places...you prolly never even heard of it. That's right, hickville, aka St. Marys, Pennsylvania. It's about 2 hours South East of Edinboro. I lived there all my life with my family. That picture was taken back in March of 2001.
I grew up Roman Catholic, thus meaning I went to a Catholic grade school and was terrorized by nuns for 8 years of my life. ;) No really it wasn't that bad, but I didn't like it there. So, my mom gave me the option of going to the public or the catholic high schools...I, of course chose the public one. I attended St Marys Area High School for 4 years and I enjoyed it so much more than I did grade school. I wasn't involved in much of anything, but I did get into the Show Choir. There's a whole story I could go into about that, but I won't. I will say though that St Marys lost 3 great people a one summer to a car accident. The Show Choir director, his assistant and one of their students were killed in a drunk driving accident. There is a link to one of the memorial pages on my link page. Please check it out if you get a chance. They were great people and are dearly missed.
Well, I graduated from High School in June of 1994 (damn, I'm old!!!) From there, I attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in Edinboro, PA. I was active in the University Women's Ensemble for a few years and also in Alpha Phi Omega (which is the National Service Fraternity). I majored in Early Childhood Education and graduated from Edinboro in Dec of 1999. I still haven't found "the" job, but that doesn't mean I'm not looking, but for the time being I'm working at Walmart and trying to save some money (which isn't happening because of those damned school loans!!).
I go by a variety of names: Lis, Lisalisa, Missy (don't ask), Goofball, Goof, Goofybutt, Goofyone, Flipper, Shithead, Dookie, Sunshine, lisalicious(haha) and so on. It seems as though every friend that I have gives me a different nickname. I don't mind though. :)
Let's see...some of my hobbies include hanging out with my friends online and irl, hanging out with my lovely girlfriend, going to the movies, bowling, watching tv, listening to music, going for long walks, being outdoors, playing and watching sports, traveling... the list goes on. I'm pretty much up for anything...NOT EVERYTHING, but most things :)
I also have a few animals...two of which live with me. My birthday presents from 2001, Morgan, and Bailey, from my mom! Aren't they adorable? Two points if you can guess what they are named after? (Those of you that already know...don't tell! Shhhh!) Take a peek at them here as well (when they were younger). Morgan is a "mama's" kitty...she constantly follows me around, meowing at my feet. It's very cute, but at times, VERY annoying. Bailey on the other hand is very anti-mama. She doesn't like to be held, but she'll curl up in a box or a pot and fall asleep. She's the comedic one. Also, very cute! The others live with my parents because I couldn't have them in Edinboro and mom didn't want them to leave her,...thus the reason for the new kittens :) I have two more cats, Charley and Kallie. They are mother and daughter. My parents also had a puppy, named Rascal. He was put to sleep about a year ago... RIP buddy, I'll miss you :( Also, my girlfriend brought with her two cats, Stormy and Topper. Stormy thinks she's in charge of the place and Topper is a lil blonde kitty...so stupid that she's so cute. :) Kathy and I also have another cat (just call us cat ladies) named, Tobi, which is short for TOe BIter. That's all he did when we brought him home was chase after and nip at our toes, so it seemed appropriate. He's a special kitty as well...he's got 2 extra toes on each front foot and one extra toe on each back foot, as you can sorta see here. He walks all bow-legged to compensate for his big paws. It's just too cute. I'm working on getting a picture of him up here for you all to see, but for now be patient.Here's a picture of 4 of them.
Hrm...let's see. Oh, yeah. I've got an obsession with Tattoos for some reason. As of right now, I'm up to five and I'd like to get a few more. I blame my friend Pam for getting me started on them back in 96. Wanna see them?
My first tattoo that I was pressured into! The second tattoo I got several years later when I was with my friend, Sporky, visiting her hometown. The third tattoo I actually found off of the internet and the guy that gave me this one also gave me the first one 4 years earlier. He remembered me! The fourth one I got a few years ago, again when I was visiting Sporky for her birthday. And finally, number five, which I just got this year with a whole crew of people from work. (yes, most of us got tattooed!)
Well, I think that's about it for now...I know I rambled on enuff to put you to sleep. I hope you learned a lil more about me and if there's anything else you wanna know, then I guess you'll just have to ask me personally. Chances are I'll tell ya, but then again...maybe not!!! (oh, I'm such a shithead!!) ;)
