Standing In His Presence
Oh, to sit upon the sand�.
As the grains of gold flow through my hands
Where the sea kissed winds caress my face
To be in that soothing place
To stand in that glorious sunrise�
Admiring one of Gods most beautiful creations
Watching the foam� dance upon the waves
Bowing my head� Thanking Him for all my days
Listening the seagulls sing a sweet lullaby
As up above they ever so joyfully fly
No, that�s not a grain of sand in my eye
Just a tear of thankfulness�
Of all that He has given I
In that most glorious of moments�
Will my hands shake in my anticipation?
Will the tears flow from my eyes?
Will my voice stutter?
Will I give a long awaited sigh?
To someday bow before my Lord�
As I gaze upon His face
Now that will be the greatest moment of all
Standing in His presence�
Of wondrous love and amazing grace
