A Beloved Mother
A Beloved Mother she�s always been,
an obedient daughter a devoted friend.
She lived above rebuke or reproach,
a life so devoted the enemy daren�t approach.
A light on a hilltop a beacon to the lost,
she strove to reach others despite the cost.
Her work is completed she�s been beckoned home;
she�ll be sorely missed by all she�s known.
Beckoned to be with the Father she served in love,
to occupy the mansion Jesus made above.
We�ve not been abandoned we have our work to do;
one by one our names� shall be called too.
Let�s each determine within to fulfill our destinies,
that when we too are called it is by a God well pleased.
Let�s determine to comply not to delay or procrastinate,
and when we get home we�ll be met at the gate.
Met and embraced with absolute undying love,
as we are reunited with Mother for an eternity above!
