Journey Of Joy
A journey of joy that�s what
we can choose our life to be,
joy comes from within
not from what we see.
No one need feel lonely
they can choose to belong,
they can find others of like mind
and life becomes a song.
One can find a lonely person
and do unto them,
not only have they helped someone
they've become a friend.
One can become available
to give a helping hand;
this is spoken of in the Bible
it�s part of God�s great plan.
One can believe in what
is told from above,
one can open their heart
and be overflowing with love.
One can believe the promises
made by our Heavenly Father,
those not believing
find facing each day harder.
One can become
all they desire to be,
God has planned for each of us
our own personal destiny.
Each of us has
an inner desire to succeed,
if we but depend on God
He'll provide all we need.
Life is a journey;
none of us promised tomorrow,
each of us choosing daily
to dwell on joy or sorrow.
Let�s each determine today
for our Journey of joy to begin,
let�s believe we belong to our Father
becoming one with Him!
