You Showed Me You Cared
Precious Jesus come take my hand
For with you I want to walk
through the promise land
I ask your forgiveness,
for I have sinned
Through your blood my soul
has been cleansed
Lord Jesus I know you have
a lot of plans for me
I want to live to see
what you have in store to be
Lord, you have gone through
suffering and pain to save me
And now I'm doing the same thing,
just to honor Thee
I know I'll never be alone
For it's by Your right side
I'll be at home
Come hold me in your arms
so safe and sound
Because I know soon
I'll be homeward bound
I know I'll not leave this earth
unsaved in spirit
