The news has been reporting
devastating events,
Revealing monumental destruction,
catastrophic incidents.
To some it�s shocking
they wonder how and why,
But those who�ve accepted salvation
on God�s Word will rely.
We�ve known in advance
these things would come to pass,
And that it�s a sign
that Jesus is coming again at last.
Oh we can�t tell you exactly
when it will be,
But we are indeed sure that it will happen
for the whole World will see.
Jesus is coming
to take home the �Saved",
Those who believe He died on the cross
and rose up from the grave.
The �Saved� those who�ve repented
of their previous sin,
Inviting Jesus to guide
and direct their lives from within.
The time is drawing near
when �It is finished� will be heard,
If you aren�t familiar
it�s recorded in The Word.
All who seek earnestly
will find what they need,
They�ll be given discernment
and the faith needed to proceed.
They�ll understand their guilt
and the need to confess,
and that we each need Jesus within
to live in righteousness.
Each will understand it takes
surrendering every day anew,
If we are to succeed in the work
God intends us to do.
Jesus will be taking us
to a mansion with many a room,
We may not know exactly when
but we know it is soon!
