Let The Train Of Your Robe Overflow
Oh Lord, let me come into your Most Holy Presence
...let me come to Your glory and bow.
Cleanse me with fire from the coals on the altar
...purge the sin and impurities now.
Oh Father, Most Holy, touch these human eyes
till my vision is narrowed on You.
Let me drink of the beauty of Your divine nature
and let me look on what's perfect and true.

Grant me the honor of inhaling Your fragrance
and let me breathe in your fresh Holy Spirit.
Speak unto me the blessed words of life
for I am waiting and know I will hear it.
Oh Father, let the magnitude of Your righteousness
come and cause me to gasp in delight.
Let me get so close that my hand nearly outlines
Your manifest presence in sight.

Saturate & soak me to the depths of my soul
with the water from Your holy river.
For my eyes have seen blessings that only You give
but this day now, I must see the Giver.
Oh Father...perfect King...it's Your glory I seek
with hands lifted for what You impart.
Let the train of Your robe overflow and envelop
the temple of my very own heart.

[1] ~ In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.
[2] ~ Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.
[3] ~ And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
( Isaiah 6:1-3 )
[ 9 ] ~ And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the LORD hath blessed.
[ 10 ] ~ I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.
[ 11 ] ~ For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
( Isaiah 61:9-11 )(KJV) |
