Dear Lord
Dear Lord, I come to You, in prayer,
For it�s You, who knows what�s best.
So many problems I can�t solve,
And I�ve felt extremely depressed.
Try, as I might, I cannot solve
The problems that I face,
So Lord, I come to You for help
And my worries for You to replace.
I come to You, each day in prayer,
For I know that You will hear
My plead to help me understand,
And take away my fear.
Forgive me Lord, when times I doubt,
For that�s not how I wish to be.
Please give me strength to always trust
That You will hear my plea.
You�ve never let me down, my Lord,
Even in my most difficult days.
Please let me see the bright side,
Even through all the troubling haze.
And Lord, when I am feeling pain,
And it seems a little much
Please let me know that You are near,
And let me feel You�re touch.
And Lord, when I am troubled,
Help me put my fears behind
And think and pray for others
That have so much on their mind.
