We feel the pain when a loved one dies,
And tears then fill our saddened eyes.
But it should come as no surprise,
The sun will shine again!
Yes, weeping may endure for the night.
But soon will come the morning light,
And relief for you will be in sight.
The sun will shine again!
Oft times dark clouds are hanging low.
So, we pray, "Dear Lord, please make them go."
For beyond the storm we surely know,
The sun will shine again!
Ah Friend, I find the Scriptures true.
We do not sorrow as others do.
For the grace of God will help us through.
The sun will shine again!
Yes, you will miss your loved ones dear.
But they have won their race down here.
So have faith and be of good cheer.
The sun will shine again!
