My Confidence
Tomorrow may never come,
But I know You�ll always be there.
Today may pass me by,
But I know You�ll always care.
Sometimes I�ve turned You down,
But I know You�ll always love me.
Sometimes I feel I�m lost,
But I know You�re still above me.
An earthly friend may leave,
But I know You�ll stand by me.
The world may tie me down,
But I know You�ll set me free.
Sometimes when things look bad
I lose my common sense.
But when I tell You so,
You give me confidence.
And when I feel that my whole world
Has crumbled to the ground,
I think of You and know for sure
You�ll always be around.
It�s nice to know that I�m just passing
Through this world so hard to bear;
My home is up in Heav�n with You,
And I can�t wait until I�m there!
