The King’s Highway

What a blessing; what an awesome wondrous day
As; we were walking along; down the Kings Highway
How rejoicing; what a blessing we still see
From the time back, when God let us walk down with Him.

His highway is ever in my thoughts; His love too.
He brought me to saving grace; it was His will to do.
Glory to our Master; let us ever walk His way
Give Honor to our King of Kings; every single day.

He’s the glory of the awesome morning; blessed.
He’s the King we go to when it’s time to confess.
He shall never, ever leave us; here on earth alone
There’s our place He made; it’s in Heaven’s home.

He gently walks and talks to us; day after day
When He catches our attention; we never run away.
Oh! There’s joy in the morning, when the lights shine bright
Peace and harmony at sunset; knowing He’ll keep us right.

Oh! I’d love to kiss the crown; that sits upon His head
I know there’s never a time with Him that we'll have to dread.
He’s the fairest of all; He will still come to call
He will take us in that day to His awesome ball.
