| Usally this mod is to replace the UPD2824 PLL. The UPD2824 is NOT modifiable. 1) Unsolder the old PLL. 2) Resolder the new UPD2816 PLL. 3) Solder a jumper wire from pin 20 to pin 21 and then both pins to PCB ground. 4) Solder a wire from pin 9 to one side of the switch. 5) Solder another wire from PCB ground to the other side of the switch. This will give you 27.420 to 27.860. You may have to use your clarifier in between channels. You may have to adjust L14 alittle. |
