Channel Modification
1.  Remove the bottom half of the radio.  Unplug the speaker.
2.  With the radio facing you, slightly tilt it towards you.  You will see the large LC7232 IC chip.  Unsolder bridges 5 and 6.  Re-assemble the radio.
Power on the radio while holding down the "DW" and "CH9" buttons. Then use the "CH9" button for the Band Select.

Band A: 25.615 Mhz to 26.055 Mhz
Band B: 26.065 Mhz to 26.505 Mhz
Band C: 26.515 Mhz to 26.955 Mhz
Band D: 26.965 Mhz to 27.405 Mhz
Band E: 27.415 Mhz to 27.855 Mhz
Band F: 27.865 Mhz to 28.305 Mhz

There are 2 types of circuit boards for this radio.  Board "A" and "B".

Board A - - - D18 has either been cut or removed.  Resolder this diode.  Full power is restored.

Board B - - - Locate D18.  You'll notice that its intact.  Follow the etch both ways from the diode and resolder the bridge.  The manufacture was being tricky about this mod.
