| 1) Remove the cover off the radio.
2) Locate the 4 pin jumper block on the back side of the frequency display. 3) Add another jumper to the other two pins making sure both jumpers are going up and down. 4) Turn the radio off and unplug the radios power for 1 minute. 5) Power up radio normally. You should have 26.000 to 32.000.
