I finally found out how to do that weird gman ghost thing that I was talking about.
This is probabley one of the trickest CS easter eggs iv'e ever done. so don't freak out if it doesn't work the first time.
First lets make one thing clear. You have to follow everything in these intructions in order or it will not work.
First. Spawn as CT (it's easier) and wait a minute because it is activated a minute after the round so it won't work if it is half way through the round or somthing.
When a minute passes. hang a right and go under the arc and through the main entrance (where the ticker is) and you'll see three vending machines. Look directley at the one on the right as shown in the pic --> and that completes the first phase.
After that. Head over to the door you came in from but instead take a right through the security door and towards the broken tiles and hang the next left. That completes the second phase.
And finally. Head over to the exit and your back at the CT spawn. Head towards the stairs in the back, go up the stairs, break the wooden thing on the window and cross the wires. When you get across you should see a ghostly image of g-man!
He stays there for about 5 seconds so get your picture key ready!

Here are some normal, not hard to find or do easter eggs.
Respawn as CT, go over to the front entrance and look at the ticker. It says "Welcome to the haxor corp." If anyone does not know how to talk l337. H@x0r means hacker.
Also. Spawn as any team doesn't matter. Head over to the bar and behind the bar counters there's a mini-fridge and the wine lables say "Haxor fine wines".
And also in the bar. Go up to the mic on the singing platform and press the use
key. You'll start singing!
Here's another one! Respawn as CT, Go upstairs and on to the cable wire where you'll see a big sign that says "babylon"
Hop on to that sign and jump around. You'll start making splashing sounds!
And finally. Respawn as T, (or CT doesn't matter) Head over to the main hall with the big skylight. Look around for a sparking "Golden Shower" slot machine and shoot it a few times. It will break and you'll see 2 red circles. the left circle is a word/name. I can't quite work it out because it's so tiny. But it might be the map maker's name.
