Emulators & ROMS
Emulator are programs that emulate video game consoles such as Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, etc. The games they use are called ROMS. Most ROMS and Emulators can be found at ROM Nation or any other ROM and Emulator site. I really enjoy the Super Nintendo Emulator plus the games are easy to download from that site. I have several Emulators, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Atari 2600, Commidore 64, even Playstation 1. Those Emulators and ROMS can be found on that site. To get the ROMS and Emulators you follow the links and proceed to vote on there sites. The voting links will lead you to other Emulator Web Pages also. Nintendo ROM file extentsions are .NES and Super Nintendo file extensions are .SMC.
Playstation, Playstation 2, and the Dreamcast
Playstation and Playstation 2 Emulators are hard to come by. You can find the Playstation 1 Emulator at ROM Nation but what they don't tell you is you need the BIOS and Plugins. The Playstation One Emultor is pretty easy to come by on ROM Nation but good luck finding the games. Playstation ROM files are labeled as: .ISO,.BIN,or .IMG. I have listed a site where you can download the Plugins here.Make sure you extract the files and put them in the Plugins folder of the Playstation 1 Emulator. Below I have allowed the Bios and the Memory card data from being dowloaded from my site.
Now for the PS2 Emulator. I will give you my synopsis on this matter, I recently did some research and there are currently 3 freeware PS2 emulators out but you need the bios and the plugins good luck finding that one. Try P2P. Anyway The PCSX2, which is the most common one is still progressing and under development to get right to be able to play disks and ISOs. For either Playstation emulator make sure you have atleast 512 MB on your computer with the OS going half that on Swap. I will check out the other two Playstation 2 emulators, I forgot there names. As PS3 becomes more prevelent, maybe PS2 Emulation development will become more open and devolpers will invest time in it.

In this topic I'm going to mention several programs I discovered while learning about how to burn games for emulators. Several programs will let you rip games for your EPSXE and you can play the Playstation games in the form of .bin and .iso files. You can also burn those ISOs and in the process copy one of your games. I recommend Alcohol 120% that program is the best one.
Alcohol 120% is the #1 Playstation Emulator buddy. Rip your games, Burn ISOs, and some other cool stuff. But make sure you check the ROM for lockout data that blocks out screens and shit first. The ISO Files you created on your hard drive can be re burned onto a disk. Which in return copies your Playstation Game SCRATCH FREE.The copied game will run fluidly on the EPSXE but you need a Playstation Boot CD or a mod chip to play on Playstation2.
Magic ISO is a very useful tool in ISO File Construction & Minipulation. Break down CDI Files, decompress BINS & ISOS. If you need to apply a patch to a game place the patch in the ISO file. A patch is needed to overide lockout data when you rip the ISO sometimes but not usually.
WIN RAR is a useful tool for decompressing or creating RAR compressed files. Some files are in RAR form and MUST be decompressed with a program called WIN RAR. .RAR files are similar to .ZIP but just in RAR and can't be get at without WIN RAR. Before I knew about RAR I was trashing RAR files. BOY WAS I STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!! Compressed files and folders take up 50% less space than the original contents of the folder. RAR compression compresses files even more. WIN RAR is mostly useful when you have those RAR files you get off the Net and you cluless what to do now heres your solution.

HTML code is programming language used to make web sites. Known as HyperText Markup Language. Some fancy websites have computers generate code and Javascript but if your a genius like me then you have to do it the old fashion way. Well it really doesn't take a genius to learn HTML. There are several good books at Borders and Barnes & Noble on HTML. My Website is really just a simple Website compiled of background jpgs, picture jpgs and text. And also a few Java Applets. Java Applets are small interactive graphics that you can put on your website to make it seem cool and live. I placed a link on my Main Page for Java Applets. So lets say your starting to teach yourself HTML and you bought a book on it. Try checking out the source of this Website by clicking in view and clicking on Source. You will see the Raw code for my Website. It's a good way (if your in the middle of designing) to look back on past commands for reference on creating as you go along. I myself am not a master of HTML and I have to go to my books every so often. But after doing it a while I have come to memorize alot of commands and can do alot of things with HTML without having to go back to the book.LOL.
Hacking
Hacking is fundamentally done threw an operating system known as UNIX and it's derivations. Linux has alot of programs to offer for hacking. Like a sniffer and a port scanner. Alot of program compilers are made for UNIX instead of Microsoft Windows. Linux comes with 2 primary desktop Gui's that boot from Linux that are simalar to Windows. UNIX/LINUX allows alot of functionality and programming ingenuity that allows you to accomplish computer security related tasks.
Sniffers are programs used in Hacking after you have discovered an IP adress and you want to scan that IP adress for Packets. To put it into English it scans a network or computer for traffic coming in and out of an IP adress. Like Passwords and shit. Good luck trying to break down the packet layers to get to the goodies. I am currently trying to understand Eithereal or it's Windows version, "Wireshark". In UNIX programs like Ethereal can be better acessable with the command line in a UNIX console or Shell. The shell in UNIX is just the command line that inturprets UNIX programming language. UNIX programming language is similar to DOS accept UNIX. Another program you can get with Linux is Nmap. Nmap also comes with a GUI front end but without command line interface your options are limited. Several security tools that are written in UNIX code, C, perl for the most part function best when integrated with the UNIX shell. GUI hacking programs would be alot nicer but they are hard to come by. Ports are numbered from 1-65535. Some ports cover FTP,HTTP,Telnet, etc. I suppose if you really wanted to you could find ways of being a cracker nigga and get your remote logins and your brute forcers and do it up.
