Jean Grey is one of the original X-Men from the Marvel comics. First known as Marvel Girl then just as Jean Grey. She later becomes Phoenix when she is fused with a fire entity from space while trying to land a space shuttle going through a radioactive field. Slowly Phoenix takes over Jean and becomes Dark Phoenix. One of the X-Men's strongest enemies. There are many variations of Phoenix depending on the comic or movie. The movie was the farthest from truth and greatly disappointed me. Her movie costume, however, was lovely and I may attempt at it someday. My first costume is her New X-Men costume. A grey ribbed shirt with the yellow X-Men symbol on the front. Black pants and boots. A silver belt and a leather trench coat with the same yellow symbols. I'm already a red head with green eyes so I have that covered. Hopefully I can finish the costume by next year.
