Technically, they're not problems, per se, it's just that it won't look as pretty (which was the more-or-less the whole point of coding it this way).
- The scrollbars won't be coloured.
- The text will be on a solid black background (thus obscuring the background picture) instead of a translucent black background (lightly veiling the background picture).
