Buyer's Responsibilities
To keep this guarantee offered to you valid, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 business hours after receiving your puppy. A copy of the vet�s report with the puppy�s microchip number on it must be returned with this contract or this guarantee will be null and void.
FULL-A-BULL KENNELS must be informed immediately of the examination's full results. During the initial exam, should your veterinarian find any cause for you to return the pup, such as; a congenital defect or any physical health problem that would require further veterinary care (other than required vaccinations) you MUST contact FULL-A-BULL KENNELS within 24 hours.
You are also required to provide your new puppy with routine preventive care from a licensed veterinarian who has experience with this breed.

Every effort has been made to assure that the puppy you have selected is healthy on the date of delivery and that the puppy has received proper vaccinations and worming. This puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. If a puppy is found to have loose hips/knees the buyer must agree to wait a 3-month grace period to allow the puppies hips/knees to tighten. After the 3 months, if the hips/knees do not tighten the puppy will be substituted with a replacement puppy of the same sex after said puppy has been returned to Full-A-Bull Kennels at buyers cost.
The Buyer is obliged to understand that the following are slight genetic defects that are common to the breed and are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered by the return policy: cherry eye, entropian, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils), uneven bites, inguinal or umbilical hernias, undensended testicle, cork screw tails and demodectic mange. Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee. There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of its show or breeding potentials.
If the dog dies within then 1 year of age, the Buyer will pay to have a necropsy done to ascertain the reason. If the reason is congenital, FULL-A-BULL KENNELS will replace the puppy after our veterinarian receives a copy of the necropsy reports and he concurs with your veterinarian findings.
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect that is under 1 year of age will be replaced as follows:
FULL-A-BULL KENNELS must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the veterinarian�s findings. The Buyer must have their veterinarian fax a copy of the report to our veterinarian, then if or when my veterinarian concurs with the findings. If we feel more information is needed, we will require a second opinion. FULL-A-BULL KENNELS will provide a replacement puppy of same sex and equivalent value. The original Puppy must be shipped back to us at buyer's expense with its AKC/APRI papers. However, if the Buyer chooses to keep original puppy, they will be responsible for providing Full-A-Bull Kennels with a spay or neuter certificate. Then Full-A-Bull Kennels will replace the puppy, but the buyer will have to pay for the shipping of the replacement puppy.
FULL-A-BULL KENNELS will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
All items covered under this guarantee are for a puppy replacement only. We do not give refunds .Keep in mind, that there may not be any pups available at that time, but you will be notified of the next available litter. Please note that this can take up 6 months. If pups are not available within a 6 month time frame, the full purchase price, less shipping charges to and from FULL-A-BULL KENNELS will be refunded. A returned puppy must be returned to FULL-A-BULL KENNELS in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the Buyer's expense along with all the puppies AKC/APRI papers that FULL-A-BULL KENNELS supplied for the puppy. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents as original puppy.

Shipping/Delivery:
Puppies are shipped at 8 weeks of age or older. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

We will try to ship your puppy when it is convenient for you, but sometimes that is not always possible, but we will work with you closely as possible to arrange the best times you and the puppy. We will ship your puppy at the first agreed upon date. If conditions are good, this is to insure the safe arrival of the puppy, his/her health is what is most important. If the weather is too cold or too hot, shipping may be delayed. You are always welcome to pick up your puppy, at a designated meeting place.
The buyer must also understand that the puppy could possibly catch cold from shipping in somewhat inclement weather. FULL-A-BULL KENNELS claims no responsibility if your puppy catches a cold or infection after it�s placement on the airline. Their health certificate, which is required for shipping, insures the puppy was healthy at time of shipment.
If for some unforeseen circumstances during the lifetime of your dog, which was purchased from Full-A-Bull Kennels, and you are no longer able to care for your dog, such as; moving and no pets allowed, allergies, just to name a few, and you can�t find a good home for your dog. Please call us and we will gladly take your dog back. You will have to pay for the shipping. Please be assured that we have numerous resources and that we will make every effort possible to give you dog a caring home. We are just as dedicated to placing our adult dogs in loving homes, as we were when they were pups. This is very important to us at FULL-A-BULL KENNELS.
Please do not let your dog go to a shelter.
This guarantee applies to the original puppy owner only and is nontransferable to a second party, if you should sell or give your puppy away before it reaches the age of one.
This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements. This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
By signing this contract, I am stating that I have read and agree to and will abide the terms and conditions. I understand that if I do not follow the above conditions and agreements, that this contract will be void and FULL-A-BULL KENNELS is not responsible for any negligence on my behalf.
