Dear Family Members,

Happy Easter to all of you!

The purpose of this bulletin is to solicit information for the Finance Committee from the other committees on anticipated expenses for various activities within the re-union.

We anticipate expenses associated with the following committees and would like to make sure that those expenses are considered and properly re-imbursed. For example:

1) Mass Committee will have donations to the Sisters (for the use of their chapel), donation to Fr. Kaucky, expenses connected to refreshments and snacks to follow the Mass.

2) Picnic committee will have a sizeable outlay for drinks, food, plates, park shelter rental, etc, etc, etc.

3) Children's games committee may have anticipated expenses for prizes, game equipment, etc.

4)Adult games committee may be considering prizes and/or have expenses related to their activities.

Other committees may also have needs and these should be expressed to the finance committee.

We would ask that all committees review their plans and estimate their expenses. Please submit your estimates to the Finance Committee (Mary, Tom, Doug and Bill ) by no later than May 15. We will then identify the approximate amount of money needed on a per family basis and ask for "an admission charge" by no later than June 15. This will give the committees some "up-front" money to work with and avoid any need to collect money during the re-union weekend.

As a reminder, you were to have contacted the Baseball Committee by no later than March 1 with the requested number of seats for your family. Please follow up on this as soon as possible, if you have not already done so. We would anticipate that the baseball committee will be able to have tickets set up on a "Will-Call" basis, however, all family heads will likely have to pay for their tickets in advance. Baseball Committee: Can you confirm? Also, how many reservations have you received so far? It would be good to get some info to everyone on the ticket cost so families can start anticipating the cost as well.

As with the golf committee and poker committee, participants are responsible for their own expenses.

Again, please have your estimates to the finance committee no later than May 15. Please be sure to share this with other members of your family who are quite probably on committees, but not addressed above. All comments, thoughts and ideas are welcome.

We now have just a little more than 3 months. Let's use the remaining time to firm up plans and make sure we have no missing items.
