*ABOUT EMT
In 1997, under the scrutiny of executive evaluations distributed by PhD Charles Rice at the University of Colorado at Denver, differences in how I analyze became known. I was then ranked in the top 10 of analysts world-wide.

In 1998, the meaning of the term "educated guess" changed when I wrote EMT to describe and define the method of analysis I developed to support the decision making process for college professors.

EMT is integrative, utilizes factual and material evidence, scientific research data as proof and a logical chain of reasoning along with standard multidimensional aspects to identify problem resolution and design strategic plans.

This process has been suggested for governance, health care and educational organizations. Currently, EMT as EBM, Evidence Based Management, is an operative approach for Kaiser Permanente.
