This poem was written in haste during an Open Mike Night.
It was my hope to show that inspiration can be called in a moment's notice.

Words so Different
Anonymously spoken
The words of her song
Ring forever in my ears
"Love be thou to me
Breathe me through
Soothe me and heal me"
My meager heart does love it
Breathing these words I start to lose courage
All my passion grows cold and lost inside my chest
I worry over why I might loose this longing job
Since her words are of sweetness
Per chance I did not turly hear her song?
But mine own lost deep inside my voice
Yet in my mind I hear other words than her words
"Mine love is lost to me...
Yet breathes new life through me...
And tries to keep me soothed and healed."
Like a sad prayer
Why are the words I hear so different?
