My prints
This print was made on a zinc plate. After cleaning you zinc plate you cover it with asphalt and carv the drawing on it. Later you put the plate in the mixture of nitric acid and water and after half an hour the carved lines are melted and you can start painting and printing your pricture.
And this print was made on linoleum. It`s when you carv a picture on a piece of linolleum and directly print it with help of press, without wettening the paper before. The most important distinction from the zinc prints is that you have to carv the negative of the drawing that is you have to carv the parts which you want to be white whereas in zinc carving it`s just the opposite
This one is also the `etching` type of print which is  made by the help of acid and asphalt. But for this print I used colours which take more time but looks more beautiful.
This printing technique is called `Dry-point`. It`s when you directly carv a picture on the zinc plate and print it. Acid and asphalt are not used so the lines are not as deep as in etching and the picture hasa a `soft` look.
