on my site. There is absolutely no charge for the newsletter whatsoever. To sign up, follow the
step-by-step instructions.
1. Click here.
2. Copy the text in quotation. "Bob, please sign me up for the CGH newsletter."
3. Paste the text that you just copied into your e-mail.
4. Send!
There won't be any confirmation e-mail that tells you about what you just did. You'll be able to
tell if you signed up. CGH has pretty many updates.
