Wednesday, January 14, 2004:
Today is my first day with this new idea in mind. I created this journal so you can read about exactly what happens in the life of a webmaster. In this journal, I will write about what I am done with and what I am working on. It will act sort of like that "News" page I had for a little while but I deleted that because it was boring and hard to keep up with. This, however will be interesting to read and will add more fun to my website.

Who doesn't love Friday? Yesterday, I got started on a text-based game called "Robert's Maze". Trust me, it will be a lot better and longer than Jim. The challenging part about this game is there are no graphics to really tell you what's going on. I finished the first level, it involves a room that you have to get to that's not linked to the other rooms. When I am finished with this game, I'll provide a map that you can download (if you want to be a cheapo.)

It's been slow going for a few days. I still haven't finished that maze game. I figured if it was going to be any good it should be long. I'm running out of ideas! Why don't you give me an idea?

Still no progress, this maze game is taking forever to make. While I'm making this game, I could also do some stuff on this site that would take a very very small fraction of the time it's taking to make Robert's Maze. I'm thinking about scrolling pictures and text.

Blech, Monday! I'm really close to finishing the second level in Robert's Maze and my digital camera is working again. I plan to put pictures on my site very soon. The progress bomb has only a little time before it explodes; I'm full of ideas! Well, I don't really have much time. I have to go to class in like, ten minutes. The pictures will be put on the site very soon. Be here to see them!

A sinus headache and an English assignment don't make a good pair. In all the confusion and work of school, I forgot to take pictures of my house and show them on this site. I would do something about it now if I didn't have to do homework!

Here's something for you; not too long ago I created an AOL Instant Messenger Robot. His screen name is cghbot. I programmed it for male gender, but if you ask what gender it is in a way that he doesn't understand, he'll say he's a woman! I'll try to add as many responses as possible to keep that from happening. CGH Bot is not always online however. I have to run my administrative program to get him running. Talk to him all you like.
