This 24" x 30" charcoal on paper is the first in a series of 3 of a passion flower.

The explosion of color from soft pastels took on a whole new dimension for me.  I still have the black and white, it's one of my favorite, but I rarely work in black and white anymore.  The colors are a bit washed out in this drawing, but not in the next.
