To become calm and centered
For this you will need a very smooth, round stone smaller than your fist and some soothing music.
Sit while holding the stone and listening to the music in a quiet room or space. Breathe deeply. Exhale through your mouth and inhale through you nose. When you exhale hum a long note. With each breath make the note longer and smoother. Place the stone on the ground, open the circle and walk away. The stone will dissipate the tension into the ground. You may retrieve the stone after a few days to use at a later time.

Protection Charm
Fill a clear glass goblet halfway up with water. Stir in a little salt and put it in direct sunlight for about fifteen minutes. Place a talisman on a chain or cord next to it. After the fifteen minutes have passed take the glass and talisman out of the sun and dip the talisman into the water. Swirl it clockwise while you repeat three times;
