AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

1. To study the pattern of diseases presenting with upper gastrointestinal bleed.
2. To document clinical features, immediate management, course and outcome of patients, presenting with upper gastrointestinal bleed.

PATIENT SELECTION AND METHODS

All the patients satisfying the criteria of upper gastrointestinal bleed presenting at Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital, Shimla are included in the present study.
