Epilogue

The members of ‘Operation Kraft Dinner’ were never found. However, on the 21st of September 2000, five other unemployed Canadians were sent on a recovery mission to find the original five who were reported missing a year ago. After a week’s searching and a couple of phone calls…

…the only evidence that they had ever been there was a member of the public who says she witnessed five ‘odd’ looking males on the Picton ferry. They also think that an incident involving the death of the rarest bird on Earth was somehow linked to them. (The moa was so rare, in fact, that the species is now extinct) The Canadians established that the previous mission was a total and utter waste of time, and that you can’t even buy Kraft Dinner in New Zealand.
